You will be amazed by your progress in these short but intensive courses, as you learn all the culinary skills you need for kitchen success in a easy and comfortable atmosphere.
Classes are conducted in small groups (min. 3 / max. 12 students), ensuring you maximum support from the teachers. We start with welcome-drinks and after a short introduction and briefing about the menu, everybody gets involved in the cooking process. When cooking is finished we enjoy together the food creations on our community-table, along with great wines from the region.
Lessons are held on Saturday daytime or Tuesday evenings, and some on selected weekday mornings and run during aprox. 4 hours. Be inspired by our set offers, and if you have a group interested in alternative dates, feel free to schedule another dates with us.
